All our products are printed to order and shipped from the print shop closest to your address. This reduces both delivery time and environmental impact.

  • Delivery time within Sweden & EU: 3-7 working days.
  • Note: During high traffic times, delivery may take slightly longer.
  • Production only starts after payment has been registered.

๐Ÿšš Delivery method

We work with Gelato , who use local carriers depending on where your product is being shipped from. Common delivery partners include PostNord, DHL, Bring and other regional players.

Sweden:

  • Free shipping on purchases from 399 SEK
  • Buy under 399 SEK: 59 SEK shipping cost

Germany:

  • Flat shipping cost: โ‚ฌ10

The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout.

๐Ÿ” Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available for your address and shipping method). Please note that tracking is not always available for deliveries to PO boxes or smaller locations.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Unclaimed shipments

If a package is not picked up and returned to the printer, you will be charged for new shipping.
Since our products are printed to order, no refunds apply for uncollected shipments.

๐Ÿ” Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nordloft. Since our products are printed to order, special conditions apply:

๐Ÿ“… Right of withdrawal

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Selling Act from the date you receive your order.
  • The right of withdrawal only applies to unused products in new condition.

๐Ÿงพ Exceptions

  • Because our posters are uniquely printed to order, open purchases and exchanges are not possible for products returned without prior approval.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been used, damaged or handled beyond what is necessary to determine its condition.

๐Ÿšš Return process

  1. Contact us at hello@nordloft.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you instructions for return address and handling.
  3. Return shipping is paid by the customer and you are responsible for ensuring that the product arrives in good condition.

๐Ÿ’ณ Refund

  • Once we have received and approved the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days .
  • Shipping costs are not refundable unless you return a damaged or faulty item.

โŒ Unclaimed shipments

Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal and will not be refunded, as the product is printed to order. New shipping will be charged upon re-delivery.
